Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team! The HR Intern will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This position is responsible for coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, managing scheduling logistics, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the overall interview process through final confirmation. The ideal candidate is organized, detailoriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

  • Geographic Scope: North America
  • Number of colleagues directly reporting to this job: 0
  • Interview Coordination & Scheduling
    • Coordinate interviews across North America, ensuring alignment between candidate availability and hiring team schedules.
    • Manage highvolume scheduling for both virtual and onsite interviews.
    • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding interview times and potential reschedules.
    • Prepare and distribute interview confirmations and calendar invites.
    • Monitor inbound scheduling requests and respond within established service levels.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Coordinate a seamless travel experience which includes, but is not limited to, working with a vendor to book flights, hotels and car rentals as well as making occasional dinner reservations.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the travel coordination phase.
    • Provide timely updates, answer questions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • HR & TA Operations
    • Help support the background check process.
    • Enter PO requests accurately and thoroughly while ensuring correct cost centers and account codes are included.
    • Provide updates to vendors on billing status as requested.
    • Participate in campus recruiting projects, career fairs, or hiring events.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
