* Support and advise NETL's in-house research on relevant markets and competition

* Support cross-cutting analyses for long-term planning, energy system transitions, and technology pipeline evaluations.

Support to NETL/DOE Portfolio and Programs

* Perform portfolio analyses of NETL/DOE-funded projects, including R&D, pilots, demonstrations, and commercial deployment activities.

* Recommend strategies to accelerate deployment through private-sector engagement, incentives, partnerships, and public-private collaborations.

Policy & Regulatory Review

* Track and interpret federal and state regulatory developments affecting NETL/DOE-supported technologies and energy markets.

* Prepare briefs and memos summarizing regulatory changes and their implications for NETL programs.

* Conduct cost-benefit analyses and policy impact evaluations.

* Prepare policy briefs, white papers, technical memos, and other deliverables required by NETL/DOE clients.

Data Analysis, Modeling & Deliverables
