Job Description Creative Manager Classification: Exempt Reports to: Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication Date: November 3, 2025 Summary/Objective: The Creative Manager is responsible for managing marketing and communication projects through the entire creative process while maintaining the integrity of the Citizens National Bank brand. This responsibility includes functioning as a liaison between the bank and its various marketing agency and vendor partners. In addition, the Creative Manager is responsible for functioning as a graphic designer, multimedia designer, videographer and photographer on behalf of the bank. Primary Functions:

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities other than managing agency and vendor relationships. Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of working at a desk. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: 1. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, film, video production or a related field. Equivalent work experience with required knowledge and skills may be substituted for a degree. 2. Proficiency in using design and video editing programs like the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro) and Final Cut Pro. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video production experience. 3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Strong administrative, analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent project management skills. Preferred Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of related experience. 2. One or more years of bank marketing experience.
