Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and customer-focused professional to join the IT Field Services team as a Routing & Scheduling Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating computer equipment installations and break/fix appointments for field service technicians. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate scheduling of computer equipment installs and service appointments for field technicians. * Create and manage tickets within an IT Service Management (ITSM) system. * Communicate with customers via email, phone, and collaboration tools to confirm and coordinate appointments. * Document scheduling activities and maintain accurate records. * Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries. * Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely resolution of service requests. * Assist with general help desk and troubleshooting tasks as needed. Required Skills: * Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience with help desk support and ticketing systems. * Ability to troubleshoot basic desktop and technical support issues. * Proficiency with Windows and Office 365 applications. * Strong organizational and documentation abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in project coordination or service desk operations. * Familiarity with IT audit, risk management, or internal control processes. * Knowledge of hardware deployment and support. Experience Level: * Entry Level - ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
