Key Job Responsibilities * Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Enterprise Network, including switches, routers, and wireless systems. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in multi-site and client environments. * Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. * Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful network solutions. * Document configurations, changes, and technical procedures to ensure accuracy and knowledge transfer. * Provide client-facing support and act as a subject matter expert for networking best practices. * Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements. * Monitor and test network performance for potential improvement opportunities * Offers input of information and operational support systems with emphasis on network architecture * Engages vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
