Job Summary

The Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager is a strategic growth leader responsible for designing and scaling account-based marketing programs that fuel revenue acceleration across priority customer segments. This role operates at the intersection of marketing strategy, sales enablement, data intelligence, and AI-driven orchestration, translating insights into targeted programs that increase awareness, engagement, and conversion within high-value accounts.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you'll lead the development of our AI-enabled ABM framework, integrating predictive analytics, buyer-journey intelligence, and agent automation to maximize return on spend and strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define account strategies, optimize pipeline influence, and drive measurable growth outcomes.



Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop the enterprise ABM strategy, including tiering models, ICP definition, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks aligned to revenue goals.
  • Partner with Strategic Accounts, Inside Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to unify targeting, measurement, and pipeline visibility.
  • Architect and execute full-funnel ABM programs across paid, social, email, and on-site personalization using platforms such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Terminus.
  • Deploy AI agents for content creation, ad testing, and audience orchestration, maintaining human oversight for brand governance.
  • Establish automated workflows connecting CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to increase campaign velocity and personalization.
  • Continuously monitor engagement and conversion metrics; run experiments to optimize channel mix, creative, and message sequencing.
  • Coach internal stakeholders on ABM principles, AI ethics, and data compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act).
  • Stay at the forefront of trends in intent-based targeting, generative AI, and revenue marketing; pilot new tools that future-proof our go-to-market engine.



Preferred Education & Experience

  • Master's degree preferred, or 5+ years of related experience.
  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 4 years in account-based or demandgeneration leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to define ICPs, account-tiering models, and success KPIs in collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience operationalizing marketing automation and ABM platforms from implementation through optimization.
  • Demonstrated success designing ABM strategies that deliver measurable pipeline growth, influenced revenue, and account expansion.
  • Proficiency with: ABM/Intent Platforms: ZoomInfo, Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot CRM: Salesforce Analytics & Reporting: GA4, Power BI, SQL AI & Automation Tools: Claude, Zapier, Salesforce Agents

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $90,000 to $110,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
