As a Security Officer - Unarmed Access Control in CLARKSVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents and support loss prevention efforts. You will remain visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the food and beverage production environment to help to deter security-related risks.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed for security-related matters.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
