Modjeski and Masters (M&M) is growing, and so is our Marketing Department. We are seeking a talented Visualization Specialist with experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to help elevate our visual storytelling and support pursuit efforts across the firm.

In this role, you will develop compelling visual content that strengthens our responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), presentations, and other strategic communications. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, technical staff and pursuit leaders to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, engaging visual materials that support our business development goals and help secure new contracts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.

What We're Looking For

  • At minimum, a Data Visualization, Visualization Science, Animation, Fine Arts, Design and Visual Communication, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design undergraduate degree.
  • Entry to mid-level (three to five years of experience preferred) (degree or non-degree) with A/E/C or related firms, or experience deemed suitable to the Director of Strategy and Marketing
  • Knowledge of 3D visualization processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with current and emerging trends in 3D graphics and animation
  • Experience with the following software:

    • Unreal Engine, Unity, or equivalent visualization
    • Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent modeling
    • Substance Painter, Designer, or equivalent texturing
    • Arnold, V-Ray, or equivalent rendering
    • Bentley MicroStation


  • Working knowledge of A/E/C terminology, project delivery processes, and bridge and transportation industry procedures.
  • Ability to embrace technology and adapt to evolving communication and organizational tools
  • Demonstrated commitment, eagerness to learn, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, storyboarding, and motion graphics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and interpret requests from project managers, technical staff, and pursuit leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Acrobat
  • Knowledge of general business operations, marketing, and management principles
  • Professional demeanor that fosters positive interaction with senior leaders and external stakeholders


What You'll Do

  • Perform assignments and duties in accordance with the company's Staff Manual and ethical standards.
  • Understand the company's brand and strategic plan and goals
  • Makes decisions daily that ensure both profitability and creative quality
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Ensure all deadlines are met with a high level of quality
  • Coordinate with technical staff and marketing team as needed to develop, edit, assemble, and deliver a variety of 3D graphics and animations promptly.
  • Create complex digital scenes representative of site locations for capturing high-fidelity renderings of created assets.
  • Expertise in hard-surfacing modeling and UV editing.
  • Ability to develop photorealistic textures for PBR materials.
  • Understanding of lighting, post-processing, and other rendering settings to produce photo-realistic results.
  • Ability to manipulate and superimpose renderings of 3D assets into real-world photos to create a "photo-matched" image.
  • Develop, maintain, and organize data files and other resources
  • Research and gather information with independent follow-up
  • Contribute to graphics initiatives as needed, including social media, website content, marketing collateral, and business development-related efforts.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested
