As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic technology-focused location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible throughout the premises, conduct routine patrols, and interact with employees and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action according to company and site protocols.
• Monitor access points and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required to address security-related concerns within the location.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings, adapting to changing conditions and/or client needs in a technology and telecommunications environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
