As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol in Lacey, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a busy logistics and distribution location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and promote a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.
• Document and communicate all relevant security-related activities and incidents according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
