About The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a creative content manager who thrives on turning complex ideas into powerful narratives that move audiences and markets.

We're seeking a Content Manager to lead and elevate content strategy across Canada and the USA, driving growth, engagement, and brand strength across North America.

You'll create content that drives growth by winning new business, deepens relationships by building loyalty and trust, and elevates impact by strengthening brand authority across key markets.

Working alongside accomplished brand and content marketers, you'll collaborate with high-performance Brand, Digital, and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class storytelling across key channels - aligned with our content planning and global frameworks.

A digital native, you bring curiosity, speed, and craft - equally confident in strategy, writing, and execution in a fast-moving, global environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead content strategy, planning, and optimization in collaboration with Brand across digital and offline channels (web, social, email, video, paid, and sales enablement).
  • Translate complex travel topics into clear, compelling stories that resonate with multiple audiences - from C-suite executives to travel managers and bookers.
  • Champion craft and writing quality - curating, refining, and producing content that informs, inspires, and converts.
  • Apply strong SEO and AEO writing skills to optimize content for LLM-driven search and visibility.
  • Create high-impact digital content across blog, web, social, email, and paid media channels.
  • Manage freelance support to scale content creation and manage overflow effectively.
  • Use analytics to measure and optimize performance, improving engagement and ROI.
  • Support Gen-AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency, scale, and consistency.
  • Be part of a global content team spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC, with exposure to all markets and collaboration across FCTG's corporate brands. (fctgl.com)


Experience & Qualifications



  • 5+ Years' experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within travel, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven expertise in content strategy, digital storytelling, and writing excellence.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. markets and B2B audience behavior.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional, high-performance teams.
  • Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and modern content workflows, with the opportunity to join and learn in a continually innovating workplace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • SEO & AEO digital writing, B2B storytelling, and brand tone adaptation.
  • Content planning, campaign integration, and localization awareness.
  • Creation of blogs, case studies, web pages, newsletters, and sales materials.
  • Digital copywriting for paid media campaigns.
  • Scriptwriting for video and social content.
  • Analytics-driven optimization and stakeholder collaboration across regions.
  • Agency experience or exposure to fast-paced creative environments is an advantage.
  • Highly efficient, fast, and confident managing large volumes of content and multi-channel projects.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary range of $91,000 - $98,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
