POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator provides essential support to the marketing team in executing advertising, email, and social media campaigns, while also handling critical administrative tasks that enable the team to meet its commitments. This role focuses on media buying support, invoice and budget tracking, advertising performance reporting, email coordination and coding, and other operational tasks. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. SPECIAL CONDITIONS The person hired will be required to live in California and report to work on-site at UC's Office of the President in Oakland, CA at least two days per week (currently Wednesday and Thursday).
