POSITION SUMMARY: The division of pediatric neurology at Boston Medical Center and the Epilepsy Foundation New England have united to improve the systems and services that provide care to children and youth with epilepsy and co-occurring disorders such as autism and developmental disability across five states. Under the direction of Principal Investigator (PI) Dr. Laurie Douglass, the Family and Professional Advisory Council Coordinator role will ensure the coalition's improvement projects are patient/caregiver-centered and responsive from launch to finish. Key responsibilities will involve coordinating biannual symposiums, facilitating quarterly advisory council meetings, conducting annual community needs assessments and creating patient and family-facing education materials. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience). EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant post-collegiate professional experience required. Previous project coordination also preferred. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Compensation Range: $17.07- $23.80This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
