Sr. Supply Chain Analyst

Senior Supply Chain Analysts are some of Lippert's strongest assets when it comes to driving sustainable change throughout the organization. They understand the businesses processes and work to leverage technology to build a framework of functionality that ultimately adds clarity and eliminates waste. We are looking for an individual who can deliver transformative solutions that streamline our business processes and supports our teammates throughout operations. This is a hybrid role based in Indiana.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret supply chain data such as shipment and delivery times, costs, and inventory levels
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
  • Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving or profit-maximizing opportunities within the supply chain
  • Use predictive modelling to forecast future demand and procurement needs
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
  • Focus on order planning, capital expenditure, inventory control, logistics and delivery
  • Create complex reports, analyze and interpret logistics data, then develop strategies based on findings
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance
  • Organize and Assign tasks within our ERP Implementation template
  • Evaluate Bottlenecks and risks to timelines of critical projects
  • Communicate with Senior Leadership and Project Management Team
  • Regression testing for periodic ERP Platform Updates
  • Define solutions and improvements to processes and business systems consistent with overall business strategies.
  • Train personnel in process and system changes impacting operations
  • Facilitates change management to drive adoption of supply chain roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Informatics, or MIS is preferred
  • Demonstrated documentation, presentation skills, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in process re-engineering, process consolidation, and improving process efficiencies
  • 3 years of experience in a related field

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Manufacturing/industry experience.
  • Manhattan WMS/ Microsoft D365 experience is preferred

Travel:

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day. May be requested to travel for training or team meeting.

Must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B Status, O-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
