Clinical Services Manager RN Job Summary:
The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for the overall direction of home health clinical services. The CSM establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy of the company.
Responsibilities:
Ensures Agency compliance with all applicable state and federal home health laws and regulations
Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by the clinical team. Ensures a clinician and team lead is available during all operating hours
Responsible for assuring the development, implementation and updates to the individualized Plan of Care, including communication with all physicians involved in the Plan of Care and integration of orders
Coordinate case conferences and chart audits, maintaining a high level of clinical excellence and compliance
Create and process orders and workflow
Evaluates performance of clinicians
Triage calls from facilities, patients, families, caregivers and doctors, and completing patient visits if the need arises
Recruitment, orientation, training and retention of staff
Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities
Assists the Executive Director in the preparation and administration of the organization's operating budget
Plans and implements in-services and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of organization personnel
Acts as Administrator in the absence of the Executive Director
Participates in the Administrator On-Call rotation (approximately every 8 weeks)
Job Requirements:
Valid RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably with management experience in a home health or related health care setting
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel
The ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Excellent written and oral communication
Exceptional time management skills
Position Details:
Location: Kenosha and Racine Counties
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Rotating on-call required
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
