The Role:

Actively manage all maintenance, repair, and placement of surveillance equipment and alarm systems. Promote the Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
  • Repair and maintain all Surveillance department CCTV equipment.
  • Maintain current inventory of CCTV equipment.
  • Work with outside vendors as necessary to obtain bids and oversee on-site work.
  • Ensure protection of company assets, team members, and guests and compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) regulations through effective installation, movement, and placement of surveillance equipment.
  • Maintain appropriate logs and records of all activities as required.
  • Review all departmental activity with Director of Surveillance.
  • Timely communicate all Surveillance issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member information.
  • Prepare and deliver reports as needed.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Casino and department management.
  • Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.


Qualifications:



  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • An Associate's degree or certification in electronics, information technology/computers, or a related field, at least 3 years of experience with surveillance or loss prevention technology or information technology/computers, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools and electronics testing devices.
  • Safe and appropriate use of ladders, mechanical lifts, and personal protective equipment.
