The RoleWe are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, career-oriented Engineer Trainer to join our Professional Services team.

Engineer Trainers are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs focused on professional services delivery. This includes onboarding new engineers, upskilling existing staff, and supporting knowledge transfer across teams. Success in this role requires deep understanding of engineering workflows, customer project lifecycles, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.

Candidates must possess strong communication and instructional skills, along with a solid foundation in engineering principles and professional services methodologies. Your Impact
  • Develop and deliver structured training programs for engineers involved in professional services delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, labs, and documentation aligned with current tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions for internal staff, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of training content, including recorded sessions, guides, and FAQs.
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Support onboarding of new engineers by providing foundational training on systems, tools, and delivery processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and mentoring engineers on real-world project scenarios when needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to professional services delivery.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering or professional services delivery.
  • Experience in instructional design or technical training is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international customer or office locations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

The salary range for this role is $85,900.00 - $107,400.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
