ChristianaCare is hiring a full time Executive Assistant for the Emergency Admin Department in Newark, DE.

As an executive assistant, you would provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Chair, Vice Chair of Operations, and Vice Chair of Quality and Patient Safety. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling new and recurring meetings, and coordinating activities to ensure operational efficiency.

This role works closely with the Department Chair to maintain smooth departmental operations and promptly address concerns. You will oversee daily calendars for key leaders, ensuring all commitments are organized and optimized. Additionally, you will assist the Chair in preparing for daily tasks and meetings to ensure readiness and productivity.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00am- 4:30p

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field.

  • Four years of clerical or secretarial experience.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Hourly Pay Range: $29.22 - $43.83 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
