Position Summary

Location is flexible throughout the PG&E service territory. Auburn/Chico/Angels Camp area preferred.

This position is "hybrid", with an expectation of coming into the office 1x/week (subject to change due to business needs).

Manages aspects of program implementation for Power Generation Asset Engineering (PGAE), ensuring organization is operating effectively. This position will report directly to the PGAE director but support the overall leadership team in implementing special projects and programs to improve the organizational objectives of ISO55k, including maturation within PG&E's lean operating system. Leveraging artificial intelligence and other efficiencies for waste elimination opportunities and continuous improvement.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $122,000

Bay Area Maximum: $194,000

California Minimum: $116,000

California Maximum: $184,000

Responsible for overseeing and improving Asset Management programs to ensure long-term effectiveness. The main duties include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and projecting budgets to improve asset portfolio results.
  • Using data-driven reporting to evaluate program progress and guide ongoing improvements and strategic changes.
  • Supporting the Corrective Action Program.
  • Working closely with Marketing, vendors, and external partners to design initiatives that address changing asset needs and market trends.
  • Building strong internal relationships to gather feedback, supporting continuous enhancement of Asset Management programs.
  • Collaborating with Regulatory and Compliance teams to incorporate guidance into asset oversight and provide comprehensive support for filings, data, and regulatory matters.
  • Identifying important internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication about the advancement of asset programs.
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures that promote strong asset stewardship and operational excellence.
  • Exploring innovative partnerships, new technologies, and delivery methods to extend program capabilities and encourage the evolution of asset programs.

Travel may be required.

  • Provides direction on overall program.
  • Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
  • Develops new or revises existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business
  • 8 years of related experience or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of Program Management
  • Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights and recommendations
  • Ability to lead large and complex projects working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create compelling business cases based on complex business environments and inputs
  • Adept at addressing issues with diplomacy and tact
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
