ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:

• Leads morning Tier Meetings with direct reports in their assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensures scheduled orders are built per the production schedule to meet scheduled ship dates.
• Directs and assists paint department employees with daily work assignments.
• Ensures daily labor is entered and in-process check sheets are completed as required.
• Responsible for safety awareness and enforcement of safety practices (including the use of PPE).
• Assists supervisor with skills and knowledge development of existing and new employees.

• Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork.

• Maintain safe, and organized work area. Notify supervisor or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Preferred experience in paint, Blueprint reading, use of measuring devices and good mechanical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness, Electrical.

HOURS OF WORK: Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
