As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and directing them as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.
• Document and report all unusual activities, security-related incidents, and/or policy violations to appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to maintain a secure environment aligned with client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
