As a Security Officer - Unarmed Bank Patrols in Buffalo, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct regular patrols and deliver outstanding customer service, supporting a welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any necessary actions as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observing for unauthorized access and reporting any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance as needed within the location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as necessary to address incidents and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
