Who Are We? What You'll do: We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a proprietary AI-enabled solution designed to enhance workforce insights, optimize HR processes, and elevate the employee experience for a federal client. This role requires a unique combination of data migration experience, federal program management experience, and the ability to translate complex, AI-driven capabilities into clear, value-focused messaging for stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HR technology, and is comfortable managing cross-functional teams, engaging with executives, and overseeing a high-visibility federal implementation program. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
