The Assistant Director will advise students and alumni on all areas of career development and career management including resume writing, interviewing and presentation skills, job search techniques, and networking. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in career services, higher education, student affairs, human resources, advising or a related field required. Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and to manage multiple projects. Strong critical thinking, time management and intercultural communication skills. Knowledge of career development theories, practices and career assessment tools. Knowledge of Career Management Software is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, French, Hindi or Urdu a plus, but not required.
