As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will remain visible throughout your shift, provide excellent customer service, and communicate clearly with all individuals on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting medical staff, visitors, and patients as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, including suspicious behavior or breaches of procedures, to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and coordinating with medical and emergency personnel as directed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
