Role Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience to oversee multiple projects ranging from $10M-$200M+. You will manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and field operations while working closely with site superintendents and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage multiple heavy civil projects from planning through closeout.

  Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial performance tracking.

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee procurement, subcontractor agreements, and change management.

  
  
• 
  

  Review field documentation, RFIs, and subcontractor payments.

  
  
• 
  

  Lead project closeout and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  5+ years of heavy civil construction experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of construction contracts, delivery models, and procurement methods.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with construction project management software.

  
  
• 
  

  Valid driver's license; ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites.
