About The JobJPI has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Lead to join our Supply Chain team located in Dallas, TX. The Supply Chain Logistics Lead is accountable for managing and overseeing the end-to-end submittal and material procurement coordination process across active projects. This role leads the Supply Chain Logistics function, ensures operational execution is completed effectively by Specialists and offshore support teams, and maintains alignment with procurement, construction schedules, and risk mitigation objectives. The Lead is responsible for planning work, resolving escalations, maintaining dashboards and performance metrics, managing offshore resources, writing and updating SOPs, structuring the department, and reporting performance to senior leadership.
