What to Expect Whether you're driving or riding in a Tesla, the touchscreens serve as your control center for the car's many systems and features. The UI System Integration team ensures that relationship remains fast and intuitive. Tight integration between the UI and vehicle components is required for the interfaces to influence real-world behavior; without it, safety, comfort, and performance are all compromised. In this role, you'll write the C++ software that bridges our user interfaces to the physical subsystems (HVAC, body controls, drive systems, charging, and more). Drawing on a first-principles understanding of mechatronics, you'll partner with designers & embedded developers to optimize ride quality, build robust safety mechanisms, and deliver awesome in-car experiences.
