Experienced Business Analyst w/ Cyber related experience

5+ years of professional experience

1+ years of experience working in project administrative or project management support

1+ years of experience working around Federal Cyber Security

Experience using project management reporting tool Smartsheet

Basic understanding of federal cybersecurity protocols and frameworks to include FISMA (NIST), Binding Operational Directives (BODs), and Emergency Directives (EDs)

Experience with Federal Cyber Security compliance is a plus

Experience with Data Gathering and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Highly analytical with good problem solving skills

Bachelor's Degree is required

DUTIES:

The ideal candidate will be working with the Project Management team to help with supporting Agency wide data calls

This candidate will be in charge of gathering required inputs, validating submissions, tracking status, for agency cybersecurity-related data calls

Review information and enter it into Smartsheets reports ensuring alignment with requested criteria

Maintaining and updating tracking tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to monitor responses, deadlines, and key indicators

Supporting the preparation of ad-hoc reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review

Assisting in compiling vulnerability data from approved tools (e.g., Nessus or equivalent reports) for inclusion in dashboards and compliance reporting

Providing administrative support to FISMA, BOD, and ED reporting cycles, including collecting metrics, updating trackers, and organizing artifacts

Supporting development and maintenance of Smartsheet dashboards
