Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Program Manager will lead and oversee all operations for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Calibration Laboratory under a government contract. This role ensures compliance with Navy metrology standards, efficient calibration and repair services for Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), and delivery of high-quality metrology support to support test, inspection, andrangeactivities. The Program Manager will manage a team of technicians, coordinate with government stakeholders (e.g., Contracting Officer's Representative [COR], Technical Point of Contact [TPOC], and Government Calibration Lead), andmaintainaccreditation and performance metrics. This position requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, technical environment focused on precision measurement and traceability. JobDuties and Responsibilities(Essential Functions)
