Description Hybrid Schedule: M/F remote, T-TH in office IAM Analyst Skills need and responsibilities * Requirements:* ServiceNow ticketing operational experience Help Desk/Call Center email/tickets Nice-to-have: IAM experience SSO/projects App knowledge: Ping SailPoint Entra/Azure * Responsibilities:* Monitor incoming tickets and assess escalation requirements via ServiceNow. Ensure proper categorization and prioritization for resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve Identity Access Management IAM issues. Handle escalations passed through Identity team. Investigate account-related problems and add attributes to systems as needed. Provide solutions for IAM-related issues promptly. Assist in implementing and maintaining SSO functionality. Collaborate on integration and troubleshooting for SSO systems.ed.
