Job Summary The Controller plays a critical role in the financial management of manufacturing operations leading financial oversight, cost control and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls and compliance, and crossfunctional collaboration. Controllers ensure cost-effectiveness, profitability, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making of the manufacturing site. This role bridges finance and operations, collaborating with production teams, procurement and plant management to optimize processes and maintain financial health.
