Overview

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Power Equipment Operator supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB Tennessee. The selected candidate will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating and maintaining or supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Open to internal, BNH employees and external candidates. The selected candidate for this requisition must be available to work any shift and shift determination will be made based on the priority of work at the time the selected candidate is cleared to report to work.

Job Duties:

Must be skilled and approved to operate a variety of steam, gasoline, electric, and diesel-powered engineering equipment such as bulldozers, heavy-duty forklifts, mobile cranes 15 tons or less, pile drivers, power shovels, overhead cranes, graders, trenchers, scrapers, backhoes, track loaders, skid-steers, dingo's, wheel loaders, trackers, hydro-vacs, excavators, and others to move earth and other material and equipment
• It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
• Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent with four years of progressive experience in the operation of power equipment listed in the job duties above. Experience may have been as a apprentice in the trade
• Any pre-screening/tests required (not including standard background/clearance checks)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and the AEDC local area network
• Current U. S. Citizenship required
• Valid State driver's license with acceptable driving record and must be able to maintain
• Must possess or promptly obtain and maintain aa US Air Force Motor Vehicle Operator card

Preferred Qualifications

• Active secret clearance
• Substantial experience with road and/or building construction
