Overview Job Title: Public Affairs Specialist Location: Arnold AFB, TN Job Family Code: Marketing, Sales & Business Development Function/Branch: Public Affairs/ Communications & Instructional Documents Directorate: Business Operations Position Type: Full time; permanent Pay Type: Exempt Grade: A06/A07 Salary Range or Starting Hourly Rate: $55,000 - $90,000 / year Overview Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Public Affairs (PA) Specialist, supporting Test Operations and Sustainment (TOS) efforts, at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN. The PA Specialist will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for developing written and visual products in support of the Air Force's PA mission across Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). Open to internal and external candidates. Job Summary The Public Affairs Specialist has the primary responsibility of supporting Air Force Public Affairs mission and objectives at Arnold AFB, TN, by producing written and visual products, which may include development of news releases, photos, graphics, or videos. Additionally, the Public Affairs Specialist will assist in the Public Affairs Tour Coordinator in support of the Arnold AFB Tour program. Job Duties:
Produce news stories and/or press releases - technical, human interest, feature, public service announcements - as required in support of Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) activities.
