Position Title: Line Lead
Wage: $26.75 - $27.75/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 2:30am (Monday - Friday) Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Line Lead at a company in Des Moines, IA. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply today! Line Lead Responsibilities: - Operate packaging and formulation equipment in the production operation to maximize the output of the production line - Formulate raw materials into finished product that conforms to all quality control standards and complete production sheets accurately - Perform system clean-outs and product changeover between production campaigns and set up equipment and raw materials for next production run - Troubleshoot packaging and formulation equipment and perform on-line and simple repairs of equipment - Ensure completion of production paperwork, batch sheets and QC control paperwork Requirements for Line Lead: - Previous experience in a manufacturing setting - Previous leadership experience - Able to communicate in English - Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis desmoinesresume@qpsemployment.com IND092 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
