Lamination Slitting Mgr

• Champion plant safety by engaging personally and through departmental leadership to drive safety compliance, improvement projects, and associate engagement.

• Develop front-line production leaders and departmental culture by applying the Printpack Core Values and Expectations of Leaders.

• Efficiently manage the production function by following established production schedules to maximize the utilization of equipment and associates within the department.

• Uphold standards and drive out defects to improve product quality.

• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and performance feedback to associates to ensure all performance goals of the plant in relation to 5S, safety, waste, quality and productivity are achieved

• Improve upon existing methods, procedures and standards or initiate new ones to maximize production, quality and minimize waste without jeopardizing safety.

• Partner with the Performance System Manager to transform the Production function through the Performance (Continuous Improvement) System.

• Develop and execute staffing plans combined with talent development to achieve performance goals.

• Track production performance through reporting and visual management tools to support Printpack's Key Success Factors.
