JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The College/Unit of Health and Human Development, Department of Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management invites applications for part-time academic job of Part-Time Adjunct Instructor for the academic term of Spring 2026 Semester.

Job duties to include:

  • Teaching RPTM classes (RPTM 120; RPTM 410, RPTM 415)
  • Deliver weekly in-person and/or hybrid instruction following approved course syllabus and objectives.
  • Support student learning of core financial concepts, quantitative reasoning, and practical financial skills.
  • Develop and facilitate applied learning activities including calculations, analysis, and scenario-based work.
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
  • Maintain timely student grading and records through Canvas.
  • Hold weekly office hours, in person or via Zoom.
  • Submit final grades according to university policies.

Requirements, qualifications, education and/or competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
