Mgr-Internal Audit, IT

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Plan, organize, direct and control the performance of integrated financial and operational audits for domestic and international organizations and functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a team of high performing audit IT professionals

Oversee internal audit processes for IT systems

Ensure compliance with guidelines, standards and regulations

Conduct assessments to identify risks

Recommend improvements, evaluate policies and procedures and test compliance where necessary

Perform projects requested by directors and senior management

Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, engineering or information systems. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements
• Five (5) years directly related experience in internal audit, public accounting, finance, engineering and/or information systems analysis/planning
• Knowledge of auditing, accounting, finance, microcomputers, computer modeling and applicable programming languages
• Integrated financial/operational/information systems auditing experience
• Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communications skills
• Frequent, extended North American and international travel

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
