CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Facilities and Collaboration Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves performing setup and maintenance of conference room equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems promptly, and collaborating with IT team members to implement solutions and improvements.

How you'll create opportunities in this Facilities and Collaboration Senior role:

  • Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform with the setup and maintenance of conference room equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement solutions and improvements.
  • Conducts training and guidance to staff on technical tools and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

What you will need:

  • 4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Technical Competencies:

Hardware: Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.

Video Systems: Proficiency with projectors, screens, and video conferencing tools.

Software Applications: Familiarity with common software applications and enterprise solutions.

Networking: Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
