As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service and strong communication while monitoring the premises. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other security-related concerns.
• Support emergency response activities as required, assisting with evacuations or other procedures as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities while on patrol.
• Communicate professionally with retail staff, visitors, and/or law enforcement as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
