Overview: We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support for end users in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role involves troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, managing device lifecycle processes, and ensuring seamless IT operations across office and manufacturing settings. Responsibilities: * Provide advanced troubleshooting for devices including iOS, printers, unified communications (UC) equipment, servers, and networking hardware. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems (XP/7/10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, SharePoint, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). * Manage full lifecycle of IT assets: ordering, imaging, deployment, and inventory maintenance using ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). * Support and maintain LAN/WAN networks, wireless connectivity, firewalls, and Cisco networking equipment. * Perform root cause analysis for escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution in compliance with SLAs. * Document all incidents, resolutions, and workflows accurately in ITSM tools; maintain knowledge base for recurring issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. * Provide deskside and remote support for end users in both office and plant floor environments. * Participate in after-hours support as needed for critical issues or scheduled maintenance. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments (or 7-9 years applied experience). * Strong knowledge of Windows OS (XP/7/10/11), Windows Server (2003-2019), SQL Server (2003-2019), and Microsoft Office products. * Experience with networking fundamentals, Cisco hardware, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and firewalls. * Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices. * Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar) for ticketing and asset management. * Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of Citrix environments and remote desktop solutions. * Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and automation for deployments. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
