Job Description Education High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Nursing Assistant [Certified Patient Care Technician] - National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required Experience Experience with patient care or medical assisting in a hospital or healthcare setting. 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered care with respect for patients' dignity and privacy. - Ability to accurately monitor and document patient information and report any changes or concerns promptly. - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. - Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving patients, and standing for extended periods. - Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. - Ability to respond to patient needs and concerns with resourcefulness and initiative.
