CNA - The Alice Center Skilled Nursing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Certified Nurse Aide, provides assistance to residents with ADL's. Carries out all assignments given by the Registered Nurse or LPN in a safe appropriate and timely manner within the guidelines of the AHMC nursing care requirements. Promotes the use of resident's assets and limits the effects of disabilities. Promotes teamwork among co-workers. Accountable for all resident care given during the shift. Possesses ability to communicate with and provide care to adult and geriatric residents.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate or equivalent. Approved 100 hour Nurse Aide course if hired after 1986. Previous Nurse Aide experience preferred.
