You will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by addressing inquiries and following site-specific policies.
• Carry out security-related procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or drills as required by the location.
• Maintain a visible presence at key access points to help to deter unauthorized access and reinforce site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
