Daily Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and assemble handmade prototypes of consumer products with precision and attention to detail
• Assist with product prototyping and preparation for consumer studies and leadership reviews
• Protect sensitive technologies and materials through proper handling of patents and trade secrets
• Conduct product testing, support onsite trials, and manage the preparation and submission of product samples
• Operate and set up lab equipment such as bonders, platen presses, die stamps, heat sealers, and more
• Prepare product demonstrations and creative displays for leadership meetings
• Document designs, results, and observations accurately
• Collaborate with product developers and provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused lab environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hand-making, sewing, and crafting skills for prototype development
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise product lines
• Intermediate knowledge of consumer product components and materials (Family Care products preferred)
• Ability to operate and learn multiple lab tools and equipment
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn advanced functions
• Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
• Flexibility, creativity, and willingness to challenge the status quo
