Our client in Houston, TX is seeking a logistics/application analyst with hands-on rail operations experience in the oil & gas or refining industry.

  Support and troubleshoot SAP interfaces with Rail applications

  Analyze billing and customer errors, identify root causes, and drive resolution

  
  
• 
  

  Act as SME for Truck & Rail application systems

  
  
• 
  

  Use analytics and reporting to support business decisions

  
  
• 
  

  Lead or support cross-functional improvement initiatives

  
  
• 
  

  Own and improve commercial logistics business processes

  
  

• 
  

  Authorized to work in the U.S.

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree (business or related, analytical focus)

  
  
• 
  

  5+ years in oil & gas logistics/transportation

  
  
• 
  

  Direct rail experience (mandatory)

  
  
• 
  

  3+ years SAP S/4HANA experience

  
  
• 
  

  Proven experience resolving billing and customer-related discrepancies

  
  
• 
  

  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

  
  

• 
  

  SAP R/3 and IDoc experience
