As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Driver in Gardena, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities.
• Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious or unauthorized activity, reporting findings according to site protocols.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and activities clearly and promptly to Allied Universal management and site contacts.
• Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with inquiries and directions as needed, providing a visible Allied Universal presence within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
