The treatment plan is based on the patients physical, developmental and psychosocial needs. Provides advisory service to other interdisciplinary team members to promote quality patient care. Functions under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director. Performs related duties as assigned. Functions under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director. Performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Licensure: Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state. Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
