SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist - Roofing & Stone will oversee customer support programs, marketing asset management, event planning, and vendor coordination for various roofing and stone products. This role will report directly to the Manager - Marketing, to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

**This position is fully remote with some travel. Ideal candidate can sit anywhere in the United States.**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Customer & Account Support: Maintain top account lists, co-op programs, and quarterly communications including development of monthly/quarterly Sharepoint pages to update internal teams.

• Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to successfully execute product launches; coordinate with internal and external teams to develop and publish custom marketing collateral.

• Marketing Asset Management: Oversee merchandising programs, sample displays, marketing assets and signage updates, including reorders for low inventory items.

• Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Organize regional/national events, swag and promotional item orders, display and design assistance, and lead generation (including Salesforce alignment for iCapture).

• Digital Tools & Platforms: Process merchandising and collateral orders in RockGear, monitor and maintain PSG Geiger Store materials, update/maintain brand listings within SpecLink and update/maintain Design Hub pages per brand (ES, CS and DQ). Assist in Canto photo maintenance and updates.

• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor setup, POs, payments, and budget tracking within specified GLs (primarily tied to subcontractors, merchandising and events).

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B preferred).

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and digital asset tools.

• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
