SUMMARY

The Manager - People Analytics serves as a global strategic partner responsible for the design, development and oversight of HR analytics, metrics and reporting and partnering with business leadership and HR functional groups to standardize key performance indicators and workforce analytics to drive cross-functional, data-driven business decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a clear vision to lead the organization towards a "data-driven and insight-led culture."

  • Understand business strategy and develop key metrics that align with overall business objectivesand contribute to the success of the organization.

  • Understand key financial metrics and ensure people analytics strategy/outputs align with the financial language of the organization.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other teams to ensure data-driven insights lead to actionable strategies that enhance workplace efficiency and engagement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to communicate changes effectively and measure progress.

  • Develop/install people, processes, and technology to accommodate requests for insights and data, not only about the workforce and HR, but from other business operations as well.

  • Develop/install workforce planning as a process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, and assess gaps.

  • Anticipate and evaluate the impact and implications of future decisions and activities on other parts of the organization.

  • Evaluate data and courses of action to reach logical, pragmatic decisions. Take an unbiased, rational approach with calculated risks.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.

  • Performs other special projects and assignments as required by management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • An advanced degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Data Science or other related subject.

  • HR or People Analytics Consulting background preferred.

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) and ability to effectively present information.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

  • Previous experience working in a global or international organization is an asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce results in a high volume, fast paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way.

  • English fluency (written and spoken) is required. Fluency in some additional language(s) (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese) preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. Some of the work may be required in the operating units which can require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators. Travel up to 50% including air travel or auto travel.
